As a postpartum doula, my support focuses on helping you adjust to life after birth. I provide emotional reassurance, practical assistance with newborn care, and guidance on breastfeeding, recovery, and self-care. Whether you're adjusting to feeding schedules, seeking advice on baby care, or simply need a break, I’m here to ensure you feel supported, confident, and empowered during the postpartum period. My goal is to help you thrive in your new role and nurture your well-being as you settle into parenthood.
Postpartum Doula Support Package -Investment $1000
Postpartum care package of 25 hrs of care which includes
1 prenatal meeting to plan your postpartum services
E-mail and text support throughout your pregnancy
Light house cleaning; tidying the home, dishes, laundry, meal prep ect.
Newborn care; diapering, bathing, feeding, comforting and soothing ect.
Lactation and feeding support
Sibling prep and support.
Maternal/Paternal self care check in
Return to work transition(s)
The 25 hours includes one, 8 hour shift of night time support if needed.
Additional daytime hours can be bought on top of the package at $40 an hour. Nighttime hours will be $50 an hour.
Breastfeeding Consultation - $100 CAD per session (1 hour)
One-on-one virtual or in-person session for latching, positioning, and overcoming breastfeeding challenges
New Parent First Day Home Package - $545 CAD
Bringing your baby home is a joyful yet overwhelming experience. Let us ease the transition with our special "First Day Home" package designed to give you and your family peace of mind during the critical first 24 hours.
In this package you get 6 hours of daytime doula care, and 8 hours of nighttime doula care so you can get a full nights rest after birth.
First 48 Hour Doula Package

Our "First 48 Hours Home" package provides continuous support to ensure you and your family feel nurtured and confident during this critical period.
The first 48 hours after birth package consists of 2 (6 hour each) daytime doula shifts and 2 nighttime doula shifts (8 hours each)
