On-call availability - 24/7 on-call support for around 38 weeks until delivery to assist with early labour signs or any concerns.
Birth Planning Support - Assistance in creating a personalized birth plan, covering preferences for labour, delivery, and immediate postpartum care.
Prenatal Education - Information on pregnancy stages, body changes, fetal development, nutrition, and exercise guidance.
Partner & Family Support - Guidance on how partners and family members can support the mother during pregnancy and birth.
Community resources - Recommendations for local childbirth classes, lactation consultants, and specialized medical professionals.
Nutrition & wellness guidance - Tips on maintaining a healthy diet, managing pregnancy symptoms, and holistic wellness practices.

During Birth

Advocacy - Acting as an advocate for the birthing person's preferences and ensuring clear communication with medical staff.
Comfort measures - Offering massage, counter pressure, hot or cold packs, and calming environments with music or aromatherapy.
Partner involvement - Guiding the partner or support person on ways to help, making them feel involved and connected to he birthing process.
Positioning support - Suggestions and assistance with positing during labour to encourage progression and comfort.
Breathing techniques - Guidance on focused breathing techniques for relaxation and effective pushing.
Support with medical interventions - Assistance in understanding medical terms, interventions, and making informed decisions.
Support during Cesarean - Emotional and informational support during planned or emergency cesarean births, including postpartum recovery.
Post - birth bonding - Assistance with immediate skin to skin contact and facilitating early breastfeeding or bonding time.
Pain management techniques - Guidance on natural pain relief methods such as breathing exercises, massage, hydrotherapy, and visualization.
Continuous labor support - Physical, emotional, and informational support throughout the labor process.

Postpartum

Home visits - Visits after birth to check on the birthing person's well-being, address concerns, and offer guidance on baby care.
